Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances such as sickness or emergencies can arise. However, to ensure smooth operations and maintain the quality of our services, including scheduling and staffing, we have an outing cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy: Outings canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to invoicing. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We will do our best to work with you in such situations.

Beginning June 15th 2026 , after a participant’s third cancellation within 7 days of an outing, that individual may be subject to removal from future programming.
